Guest Information & Stay Policies
  • How can I confirm my booking?
    All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card or advance payment at the time of reservation.
  • What are the check-in and check-out timings?
    Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur extra charges and depends on availability.
  • Can I cancel or modify my booking?
    Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for one night’s stay.
  • Are children and extra guests allowed?
    Yes! Children under 6 years stay free when sharing existing bedding. Extra beds are available on request (additional charges apply).
  • Can I bring my pet?
    Absolutely! We’re a pet-friendly resort. Please keep your pets leashed in public areas and ensure their cleanliness during your stay.
Resort Facilities & Responsibilities
  • Can I bring outside food or drinks?
    To maintain hygiene and quality, we discourage outside food and alcohol within the resort premises.
  • Who can access resort facilities?
    Facilities like bonfires, indoor/outdoor games, and The Eden Café are exclusively for registered guests.
  • What safety measures are in place?
    We have CCTV surveillance in common areas and provide electronic safes in rooms for valuables. The resort isn’t liable for unattended items.
  • What if I have a medical condition or dietary preference?
    Please inform our team in advance so we can make arrangements for your comfort and safety. First-aid services are available on-site.
  • What happens during unexpected situations like bad weather or road closures?
    In rare cases of natural calamities or government restrictions, we are not liable for delays or disruptions beyond our control.
